Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less notice, or intake paperwork that isn’t completed in time, may be treated as a late cancellation and are subject to a $120 fee.
Private Pay & Sliding-Scale Options
If your insurance plan isn’t listed, or you prefer to pay out of pocket, Brain Bath offers private-pay and sliding-scale options:
- Initial psychiatric evaluation: $300
- Follow-up medication management visit: $150
